Zafe 81 AC er et syre-stinkskab til arbejde med st\u00e6rke syrer, hvor der ikke arbejdes med h\u00f8je temperaturer. Skabet er opbygget med en kemikalieresistent indvendig kabine i polypropylen og er udviklet til at modst\u00e5 de aggressive p\u00e5virkninger, der kan forekomme ved arbejde med st\u00e6rke syrer.<\/p>\n

Aftr\u00e6ksstudsen er udf\u00f8rt i polypropylen, og metaldele er coatede med teknisk teflon, polytetrafluorethylen (PTFE), og fremst\u00e5r derfor sorte.<\/p>\n

Bordpladen kan udf\u00f8res i polypropylen, epoxy eller keramik. Ved arbejde med st\u00e6rke syrer anbefales polypropylen, epoxy eller keramik, hvor keramik er den mest velegnede l\u00f8sning.<\/p>\n

Frontglasset er udf\u00f8rt som h\u00e6rdet sikkerhedsglas og er toph\u00e6ngt i wire. Der er ikke temperaturm\u00e5ling i stinkskabet.<\/p>\n

Det anbefales, at stinkskabet leveres i fast h\u00f8jde, da en h\u00f8jdejusterbar l\u00f8sning stiller st\u00f8rre krav til fleksible r\u00f8rf\u00f8ringer, som skal v\u00e6re s\u00e6rdeles kemikalieresistente.<\/p>\n

Stinkskabet kan leveres med tefloncoatede armaturer efter behov.<\/p>\n

Stinkskabet kan certificeres i henhold til EN 14175 part 7<\/strong>, som omhandler test og certificering af syre-stinkskabe. I Danmark kr\u00e6ves der desuden sporgastest i henhold til DS 457<\/strong>, inden stinkskabet tages i brug.<\/p>\n

Det anbefales, at stinkskabet kontrolleres og serviceres med et interval p\u00e5 6-12 m\u00e5neder<\/strong>, afh\u00e6ngigt af brugen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
