Plinth podiums

The plinth podium is designed to be stored away under storage unit plinths, to be taken out for use as needed. It helps smaller students when working at standing height worksurfaces.

 

FACTS

Height 250mm.

Under load the podium closes tightly against the floor, preventing the podium from moving during use.

As the podium is spring-loaded it is freely mobile without load.

 

MATERIALS

Plinth podiums are made from a combination of 19mm thick melamine-coated chipboard and 16mm thick chipboard coated with high-pressure laminate for ensuring high abrasion resistance.

The front surface is covered with an additional 1mm stainless steel plate, protecting the surface from kicks and wear from students shoes.
