Bedside tables with cartridges. Used in bays and areas where patients require a seated surface and storage of possessions. The cartridge is available with a lock.
The bedside table is height-adjustable and can be used by a bed or chair. The height adjustment can be controlled by the patient. The table is supplied with a battery, hence cordless. The battery is charged using the enclosed charger.

CORDLESS BEDSIDE TABLE
The bedside table is cordless, as the table is powered by an internal battery. The bedside table must first be connected to power for its initial charging requirement.
HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE FUNCTION
The bedside table is equipped with an internal battery which makes it cordless and typically only requires charging every other week (under normal circumstances). The bedside table can be adjusted in height with a travelling distance of 600mm. This means the bedside table can be used by a bed, while sitting in a chair or even standing. The cartridge is raised with the worktop (when the table chosen has a cartridge). This provides easy access to the cabinet when the patient is lying in bed. The height-adjustable function is controlled by light pressure of the button located on the worktop. Therefore, usually no help from staff is required when the table needs adjusting. The cartridge can also be rotated around the column, allowing easy access for the patient and staff.
LOCKING THE BEDSIDE TABLE
The bedside table can be equipped with either an ordinary key lock or an electronic lock supporting Mifare, Mifare Classic and Mifare-Desfire. As the table has two doors with access from two sides the locks/doors can be programmed giving staff access from one side and both staff and patient access from the other.
MEDICINE OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN THE BEDSIDE TABLE
The bedside table can be equipped with a plastic drawer for storage of medicines or other personal belongings. The construction of the bedside table with access from two sides can be combined such as access to the medicine drawer can be achieved or prevented according to the patient’s condition.
QUALITY AND CLEANING
The bedside table is built with easy-to-clean materials.
Wheels are manufactured by Tente and are closed, easy-to-clean and specifically designed for enduring daily use and cleaning.
The worktop and cartridge are manufactured from a composite material without edge strips, this means that the table endures the hard wear and tear that is expected. Hinges are Zystm’s well-known model in aluminum with drilled machine screws providing a sturdy solution that withstands damage from hard use. The edges stand as clean homogeneous surfaces giving an impact-resistant and maintenance-free surface.
All steel parts are powder coated and the height-adjustment system is manufactured by Linak.
USB OUTLETS AND ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES FOR BEDSIDE TABLES
A USB 5V outlet can be supplied on the table giving the opportunity for charging mobile units such as phones and tablets. This avoids the patient from having a charger connected to the bedside panel with wires hanging above the bed.
Furthermore, a wide selection of extra equipment can be purchased and usually it begins with the choice of equipment rail (item no. 1620270), providing the ultimate freedom for choosing additional equipment.
For special dining situations, it may be desirable to have an extra dining plate (item no. 1620271). The dining plate can also be installed on the equipment rail.
