Chemical cabinets for shelves are used for storing and safekeeping chemicals. The chemical cabinet doors are available in solid laminate or with toughened glass display doors.
CHEMICAL CABINET WITH QUALITY HINGE
The doors come with a quality hinge supplied with self-lubricating discs on the movable part. The hinge has been developed to withstand extra high loads of up to 205 kg’s and the special construction ensures high strength and long durability. The hinge is approved in accordance with EN16121 and EN16122.
As a starting point the cabinet is delivered without shelves so the user can assess their preferred quantity, dimensions, and material thickness. The shelves are available in several material choices. 19 mm thick melamine is the most commonly used shelf for when there are no special shelf requirements. The recommended max load pr. self is 20 kg.
If larger shelf loads are a requirement 19 mm battenboard can be supplied which has a max load capacity of 35 kg. Furthermore, a glass plate can be purchased for extra surface protection.
The cabinet is ventilated with a 100 mm diameter ventilation pipe located at the top of the cabinet specifically shaped to ensure that all the cabinets stored chemical vapors are extracted successfully.
