STANDARD CABINETS
Here at Zystm we offer a wide variety of cabinets that are suitable for laboratories, hospitals, and schools. We are always happy to help find the correct solution for your requirements. Among other things we supply tall cabinets, top and base cabinets as well as staff cabinets.
BASE CABINETS
Base cabinets are primarily used as storage cabinets with shelves. Base cabinets are constructed as single or double door units. The doors can be delivered in solid laminate or with tempered glass display doors. Cabinets can also be supplied as open fronted without a door.

All cabinets come as standard with adjustable magnetic lock.
Shelves can be delivered in various material choices.
Standard shelf thickness is 19 mm melamine, recommended max load 20 kg.
17,4 mm thick laminate shelves are used for extra hard wearing to the surface.
19 mm PFB board with melamine is used for increased weight load requirements to the shelves or for larger unsupported span widths.

TALL CABINETS
Tall cabinets for shelves are used for storage. The cabinet is usually delivered without shelves for the user to assess the quantity of shelves required and the preferred shelf material. The doors can be in solid laminate or with a tempered glass display door. The cabinets can also be delivered as open fronted without a door.

DRAWER CABINET WITH 80% EXTRACTION DRAWER
Drawer cabinets with 80% pull-out extension are used in situations where there is not a requirement for full pull-out extension. This drawer type is a good economical alternative to drawers with 100% extension.
FACTS
As a standard, delivered with bridge handle.
The drawer system runs on nylon wheels and is without bearings or other components.
As a standard there is not soft close to the drawers, but this can be supplied as an option.
Drawer divisions can be purchased separately.
Drawer Max load 25 kg.

Drawer sides are constructed as single sides in white powder-coated steel.
Drawer bottom and back in white melamine 16 mm thick.

DRAWER CABINET WITH 100% EXTRACTION DRAWER
Drawer cabinets with 100% extension are used for full utilization of each drawer. As the drawer can be completely pulled out of the carcass there is no “wasted space” to the rear of the drawer.
FACTS
As a standard, delivered with bridge handle.
The drawer system is controlled with bearings and “handlebars” ensuring a smooth stable and easy movement when opened and closed.
As a standard there is not soft close to the drawers, but this can be supplied as an option.
Drawer divisions can be purchased separately.
Max load 50 kg.

The drawer fronts are delivered in solid laminate with the option of milling for locks.
Drawer sides are constructed with double sides in white powder-coated steel with the telescopic mechanism concealed in the closed profile.
Drawer bottom and back in white melamine 16 mm thick.
