Hældagerhallen – food science
Hældagerhallen is located in Vejle Municipality; for their food science room, encompassed within our project, we have provided specialized furniture and appliances.
The client emphasized functional solutions with handicap-friendly furniture. To achieve this, we have supplied height-adjustable tables with sinks, ovens, and stovetops. Safety is always a top priority; hence, these are all equipped with pinch guards.
The island setups are executed with a leg-free system, facilitating easier and more thorough cleaning to meet required hygiene standards. Mounted on these islands is our unique Detra shelving system, which is stable and adjustable. It’s also crafted with easy-to-clean surfaces, making it ideal for kitchen environments.
For storage, we installed tall cabinets with sliding doors. Inside, the shelves are continuous, and the doors are made with a writable whiteboard surface, allowing them to be used for teaching.
