Skovager skolen – Food science

Skovager Skolen requested a food science room to fulfill their special requirements.

The island bench configuration had to provide accesible workspace for several students in wheelchairs. Therefore two height adjustable table frames have been installed inclusive of steel worktops, sink and hotplates. A fixed core has been installed on the floor adjacent to the sink to shield the electricity, heating and plumbing.

In addition taller combination storage units housing built in ovens have been installed to both ends of the island benching.

Along one longitudinal wall, we have installed tall cabinets, worktops including a sink, base and top storage cabinets. Furthermore, we have provided 2 large refrigerators.
