Walk in Zafe 87

Walk-In extraction cabinets are available in standard widths of 1200, 1500, and 1800 mm, as well as in custom dimensions. Walk-In extraction cabinets are commonly used for machinery and various types of robotic and automation equipment.

Walk-In extraction cabinets cannot be certified as fume cupboards in accordance with EN 14175, as the product cannot be tested against this standard due to its design.

It is recommended that the Walk-In extraction cabinet is smoke tested in the laboratory prior to commissioning. The smoke test should be carried out in accordance with DS 457.

A Walk-In extraction cabinet specifically designed for analytical instruments. Combined with a mobile trolley system, the extraction cabinet provides users and service technicians with optimal access for servicing the equipment.

 

ATEX WALK-IN 87

The extraction cabinet is built on the Walk-In 87 design, with certain exceptions.

The ATEX Walk-In 87 can be used in areas where ATEX classification applies within the cabinet, or where the extraction cabinet is installed in an ATEX zone. In each case, special considerations must be taken regarding the placement of the control system and electrical equipment, which are defined individually for each installation.

The lighting fixture is an ATEX-certified Zone 2 luminaire with IP66 rating, suitable for normal use in Zone 2 environments.

The airflow sensor is protected by Zener barriers.

Any sockets inside the cabinet are supplied as ATEX-approved outlets.
